Abstract:Objective To detect the concentration of airway inflammation medium of stabilization chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients treated by low-dose aminophylline combianed with budesonide. Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups. All the patients were in stanionable phase of severe COPD.Experimental teamwere inhaled budesanide and oral low-dose aminophylline and the control team only inhaled budesonide. The concentration of interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-a in sputum was detected before and three months after medication. Results After treatment, the concentration of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-a in sputum had significant difference in two teams. Before and after treatment.the concentration of these inflammtory mediators in sputum had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-dosage of aminophylline with budesonide can reduce airway inflammation in stable COPD patients.
