The effect of sophora flavescens ebony decoction on HBsAg expression in HBV transgenic mice

Abstract：Objective To determine the effect of sophora flavescens ebony decoction on HBsAg expression in hepatitis B virus (HBV) transgenic mice. Methods An orthogonal test was adopted in the study and the evaluation index is serum HBsAg expression in HBV transgenic mice. Different dosage and different administration time of The ratio of sophora flavescens and ebony significantly affected the expression of HBsAg,but there was no significant difference between dosage and administration time. Conclusion The sophora flavescens ebony decoction can significantly decrease the HBsAg expression in HBV transgenic mice.
