Abstract:Objective To observe the impact of complete heart block in an adult with congenitally corrected Transposition of the Great Arteries(cc-TGA) treated with permanent pacemaker. Methods We summarized our experience of treating complete heart block in cc-TGA with pacemaker. Results Implantation complications such as electrode dislocation in treating complete heart block with cc-TGA by pacemaker implantation could be reduced via getting acquaintance of anatomical and radiological abnormalities and setting reasonable operation programs. Conclusions Acquaintance of the radiological features of complicated heart malformation should be the key to ensure the success of pacemaker implantation treating complete heart block with cc-TGA.
