Sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris

Abstract:Objective To study the therapeutic efficacy of sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium in the treatment of unstable angina. Methods A total of 120 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly assigned to observation group and control group. Symptoms and ECG were checked one day before and after treatment. Results In observation group,symptoms and ECG paramers were significantly improved, compared with those in control group( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion Sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium is an effective and safe method in treatment of unstable angina pectoris.
