Inquiry of appropriate ovulation induction plan for WHO Ⅱ ovulation failure who axe not satisified in clomiphene cycles

Abstract：Objective To inquire appropriate ovulation induction plan for WHO Ⅱ ovulation failure who are clomiphene resisted or have thin endometrium or whose endometrium type are not " A".Methods We retrospectively assess the 102 patients,156 ovarian sitimulation cycles from October 2007 to July 2009.They are all WHO Ⅱ ovulation failure with clomiphene resisted or in CC cycles their endometrial thickness are less than 8 mm or their en dometrium type are not " A".Ovulation induction used CC combined HMG low-dose step-up-down plan or single HMG low-dose step-up-down plan.Compared the two groups in doses of HMG,days of ovarian sitimulation,in HCG day follical number(d ≥ 16 mm),follical number (10 mm ＜ d ＜ 16 mm),Em thickness,E2 level,ovulation rate,clinical pregnancy rate,OHSS rate and multiple fetus pregnancy rate,etc.Results In CC combined HMG group,doses of HMG and days of ovarian sitimulation are lower than single HMG group(P ＜0.05).In group of CC combined HMG,follical number(10 mm ＜ d ＜ 16 mm),E2 level and OHSS rate are a little more than single HMG group (P ＞ 0.05).In two groups,follical number (d ＞ 16 mm),endometrial thickness,ovulation rate,clinical pregnancy rate and multiple fetus pregnancy rate are similar(P ＞0.05).Conclusions To those of CC resisted and unsatisfied with endometrium in CC cycles,clomiphene combined HMG low-dose step-up-down plan and single HMG low-dose step-up-down plan are safe and effective.The former is more economical and practical.If single HMG low-dose stepup-down plan is more safe,that needs more evidencies.
