Treatment of keratosis pilaris with compound flumetasone ointment and tretinoin cream

Abstract：Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Compound Flumetasone Ointment and Tretinoin Cream in the treatment of keratosis pilaris. Methods The random double-blind contrast was adapted. The cases were divided into 2 groups randomly: the treatment group received compound flumetasone ointment and tretinoin cream; the control group received only tretinoin cream. Results After two courses of treatment, the efficiency of treatment group and control group was 89. 8% and 73.5% respectively (x2 = 4. 36,P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion The treatment of keratosis pilaris with compound flumetasone ointment and tretinoin cream is safe and valid.
