Clinical research and prevention of related factors of early enlargement of hematoma

Abstract：Objective To investigate the risk factors of early enlargement of hematoma in cerebral hemorrhage incidence. Methods A retrospective summary of 76 cases of cranial CT scans confirmed the early enlargement of hematoma in cerebral hemorrhage. Results Thirty cases accepted conservative medical management,and 8 of them died.The fatality rate was 19.5%.Twenty cases accepted mini-invasive evacuation of hematoma and 4 of them died.The fatality rate was 16.7%.Eighteen cases accepted clearance of hematoma by crainiotomy and 4 of them died.The fatility rate was 36.4%.There were sequelae in survivals.The incidence of early hematoma enlargement was 14.1%. Conclusions Early enlargement of hematoma is a key factor to aggravating and death.Early enlargement of hematoma is related to shape and position of hematoma,hyperpiesia,coagulation disorders and inappropriate usage of dehydrant.
