Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between hemodynamics of superior mesenteric artery and angiography of coronary artery in the aged. Methods Hemodynamics of superior mesenteric artery of 30 aged healthy people and 30 aged people with coronary blood supply impaired were studied with color doppler ultrasound. Compared with coronary angiography. Results In the aged people with coronary blood supply impaired, SMA's blood flow volume and the diameter were significantly lower (P<0. 05) and the PSV,the EDV,the pulsation index and the RI were significantly higher (P<0.05) than those in the aged healthy people. The damage of coronary artery and Hemodynamics of superior mesenteric artery was also worse. Conclusions The coronary angiography is strongly associated with superior mesenteric arterial lesions in the aged patients. The damage of coronary artery and the damage of superior mesenteric artery is worse.
