Abstract:Objective To study the stability of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection and Ceftizoxime Sodium for Injection in 5% glucose injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection. Methods At ambient temperature [(22 ±1) ℃ ] , the changes of the contents of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection and Ceftizoxime Sodium, including changes of apperance, pH value, were determined by HPLC-DAD. Results No significant changes were observed in con-tents , appearance and pH value within the mixed solution within 6hours. Conclusion Ambroxol Hydrochloride In-jection and Ceftizoxime Sodium for Injection can be mixed in 5% glucose injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injec-tion at ambient temperature [(22±1)℃] within 6 hours.
