Analysis of 339 cases of adverse drug reaction

Abstract：Objective To study the features of adverse drug reaction(ADR)and the relevant factors in order to promote clinical rational drug use and improve the quality of ADR monitoring.Methods A total of 339 cases of ADR reports collected in 2008 were classified and analyzed statistically.Results Of the total 339 ADR cases,the higheat incidence of ADRs were antimiembial drugs(220 cases,44.2%),followed by traditional Chinese medicine and circulatory system drugs.The main types of ADR were skin and appendages disorders(150 cases,44.2%).Intravenous infusion(314 cases,92.6%)was the main route of administration.Conclusions The occurrence of ADR is associated with a variety offactors.Clinical rational drug use is the key point of reducing the incidence of ADR.
