Effect of Self-care health education in hypertensive patients

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application effect of the self-care health education in hypertensive patients.Methods Totally 120 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into A, B groups.A group received health education and treatment of hypertension, group B as control group, blood pressure was observated after 1 month.Results Through health education, 98% (49 cases) in hypertensive patients can grasp this knowledge of self-care measures about hytertension, the average blood pressure of group A is (113.5 ± 11.8)/(98.6 ± 10.8) mm Hg, The average blood pressure of group B is (128.6±20.7)/(108.9 ±13.8)mm Hg.Conclusions Health education in patients with hypertension can achieve good results.
