Analysis of side effects caused by sciadopitysin on treatment of lung cancer

Abstract：Objective To analyze the side effects caused by sciadopitysin on treatment of lung cancer.Methods Retrospective analysis 96 cases on the side effects caused by sciadopitysin on treatment of lung cancer in our hospital in past 5 years.Result The main side effects of sciadopitysin were myelosuppression(57 cases of leucopenia,16 cases of thrombocytopenia,22 cases of red blood cell reduction),neurotoxicity (9 cases),gastrointestinal reactions (56 cases of nausea and vomiting,43 cases of anorexia,9 cases of diarrhea),allergic reactions (19 cases),Cardiac toxicity (9 cases),Liver damage (6 cases).Conclusions Sciadopitysin is a safe and broadspectrum anti-cancer drugs and have broad application prospects.
