Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate treating chronic hepatitis B.Methods Three hundred patients were randomly divided into three groups, magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate group 130 case were given magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate 150 mg/d and potassium magnesium aspartate injection 20 ml/d;ganlixin group 126 cases were given ganlixin 150 mg/d and potassium magnesium aspartate injection 20 ml/d;potassium-magnesium aspartate group 84 cases were given potassium magnesium aspartate injection 20 ml/d.The total bilirubin (TBIL),aspartate (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) were determined. Results Thirty days after treatment, the TBIL,AST,ALT of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate group were (28±15) μmol/L,(38±35) U/L,(39±38) U/L respectively;gardixin group were (56±29) μmol/L,(95±74) U/L,(117±81) U/L;potassiummagnesium aspartate group were (67±52) μmol/L,(122±92) U/L,(269±106) U/L.Conclution Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate presents significant role in treatment of chronic hepatitis B,Relapse of transaminase occurred rarely.
