Abstract：Objective To explore the pathogeny and characteristics of obstructive atlectasis.Methods To analyze retrospectively the x-ray,CT scan,fiberbronchoscope and pathology data.Results Segmental atlectasis was the main type of obstructive atlectasis.Fiberbronchoscope was the main method to explore the pathogeny of obstructive atlectasis.Central type carcinoma was the main cause of obstructive atlectasis.Conclusions The x-ray and CT scan are chief methods of diagnosis of obstructive atlectasis.Fiberbronchoscope can find the position and pathogeny of obstructive atlectasis.Carcinoma is the main pathogeny for obstructive atlectasia in elder patients.
