Clinical efficacy analysis of Xuebijing injection in treatment of decompensated chronic pulmonary heart disease

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of xuebijing injection in the treatment of decompensated chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods Forty-five patients diagnosed with decompensated chronic pulmonary heart dis-ease were divided into treatment group and control group randomly, 23 patients in treatment group and 22 in control group. In treatment group, the mixture of 100ml of xuebijing injection and 250 ml of mormal saline was administra-ted into patients with ivgtt,twice a day. The other drugs were same in both groups. Then observed the changes in the clinical symptoms, blood gas analysis and healing well time and so on. Results Compared with control group, clini-cal symptoms, the changes of blood gas analysis and average time of hospital stay were significantly improved. The rate of healing well was higher than that of control group. Conclusion Xuebijing injection has a significant positive effect in the treatment of decompensated chronic pulmonary heart disease.
