Treatment of exogenous heat with Fufangqinlan oral solution in 120 cases

Abstract：Objectives To observe the efficacy of Fufangqinlan oral solution in treatment of Exogenous heat. Methods Two hundred and forty patients with exogenous heat were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (120 cases) were given Qinlan, 10～20 ml/times, 3 times/day; control group (120 cases) were rate in treatment group was 96.6% and total effective rate in the control group was 86.6% (P<0.05). Symptoms were improved in treatment group more than those in control group. Conclusions Fufangqialan oral solution is an effective, safe and valid treatment for exogenous fever.
