Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical risk factors of respiratory failure after lung cancer radical resection. Methods Fifty-six cases with lung cancer were enrolled, among them 16 cases had respiratory failure and 40 cases had no respiratory failure. The clinical outcomes of two groups were compared and analyzed.Result Age,intraoperative blood loss, preoperative combined respiratory diseases,BMI(>30),PPO-FEV1,FVC and FEV1 were the clinical risk factors of lung caucer indical resection(P<0.05).Conclusions Detailed measures to prevent postoperative respiratory failure should be taken for patients of respiratory disease combined with poor lung function. At the same time, intraoperative blood loss should be minimized to reduce the occurrence of post-operative respiratory failure.
