Retrospective analysis of clinical application of antibiotic in 2500 in-patients

Abstract：Objective To summarize the clinical use of antimicrobial agents for guiding clinical use of drugs.Method From July 2007 to June 2008.2500 cases were enrolled in this retrospective research to analyze the use of antiotics.Result Among all surgical cases.the rate of Antimicrobial drug usage was 100%.Among infection-disease case and combined infection-disease case.the application rate was 98.4%.The combination rate of antibiotics was 14.7%(85/579).Conclusion During perioperative period,antibiotics are irrationally used in many cases.which necessitate a guidance of clinical use of antibiotics.
