An analysis of neuroses patients treated with deanxit combined with Tianmeng capsule

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of Tianmeng capsule combined with deanxit and valium combined with deanxit on Hamilton Depressive Scale(HAMD),Auditory event-related potentials(ERPs),Sympathetic Skin Response(SSR)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in neuroses patients.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with neuroses were randomly divided into tianmeng capsule combined with deanxit group(Tianmeng capsule group)and valium combined with deanxit group(valium group)for 56 days.There were not significant differences between two groups in sexuality and age(P>0.05).The therapeutic effect was respectively evaluated by HAMD,ERPsP300,SSR,PSQI,before,1,2and 8 weeks after treatment.Results The total score of HAMD significantly decreased 1 week.2 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment in tianmeng capsule group(P<0.01).Meanwhite.the incubation period of SSR was significantly shortened and the amplitude significantly increased,showing a difference from valium group(P<0.01).Conclusions The study suggests that the effect of tianmeng capsule combined with deanxit on the neuroses patients iS superior to that of valium combined with deanxit.Tianmeng capsule combined with deanxit can improve the somnipathy and the function disorder of autonomic nerve in neuroses patients.
