Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of resistin and supersensitive C reaction protein(hs-CRP)on etiology and progression in type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methoils Levels of resistin、hs-CRP in 120 subjects was medusa. There were 30 normal cases,30 cases with T2DM,30 cases with T2DM complicated with microalbuminuria and 30 case8 with T2DM complicated with albuminuria. The relation among resistin,hs-CRP,urinary microalbum and other parameters were analyzed. Results Levels of serum resistin in type 2 diabetic group were significantly higher than those in control group.Levels of hs-CRP in type 2 diabetic group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).In diabetic group, levels of serum resistin and hs-CRP in microalbuminuria and albuminuria groups were significantly higher than those in patients only with diabetes(P<0.01).There was a positive correlation among resistin and Hs-CRP,microalbuminuria(r=0.67,0.61;all P<0.01).Conclusions Resistin and hs-CRP are correlated with diabetic nephropathy.Levels of serum resistin and hs-CRP may affect early diagnosis and estimation of diabetic nephropathy.
