Correlation between treatment time and clinicul symptoms in patients with acute myocardial infarction

Abstract：Objective To analyze the relation between tlle visiting time and clinical symptoms in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)at Emergency Center at Beijing Anzhen Hospital.Methods Based on 1609 patients with AMI from January 2005 to December 2008,visiting time and different clinical symptom were analyzed.Results Visiting time in typical clinical symptom group was earlier than that in atypical clinical symptom group(P<0.05).In 12 hours,visiting rate in typical clinical symptom group was higher than that in atypical group(P=0.01).Conclusions Clinical symptom is associated with visiting time.Education of AMI,expecially awareness of atypical symptom is important for early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.
