Pinaverium bromide combined with Finpentixei and Melitracen tablets in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with despondent

Abstract：Objective To study the therapeutic effects of pinaverium bromide combined with deanxit in treatmentment of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) with depression. Methods One hundred and twenty patients of IBS with depression were randomized into two groups. The control group were treated with pinaverium bromide 50 rag, three times per day. The treatment group were treated with pinaverium bromide 50 rag, three times per day, combined with deanxit 25 mg, twice per day. Results Two and four weeks after treatment, the semiology scores decreased in both groups. But in treatment group, the therapeutic effects of symptoms and SDS grading were significantly better than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Pinaverium bromide combined with deanxit can effectively alleviate symptoms of IBS with depression.
