Effect of Shensongyangxtn capsule on QT dispersion in patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of Shensongyangxin capsule on QT dispersion (QTd) of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods Ninety-two cases of CHD were randomized into the treatment group (47 cases) with Shensongyangxin capsule and control group (45 cases), then respectively observing. Changes of QTd, QTcd before and after treatment. Results The results showed QTd and QTcd reduced after treatment in the two groups, but the Shensangyangxin capsule group reduced more significantly (P < 0.05).Conclusion Shensongyangxin Capsule can reduce QTd effectively and prevent ventridea rrhythmia.
