Domestic anastomotic instrument in resection of esophageal and gastric cardial carcinoma

Abstract：Objective To summarize the clinical application of domestic disposable anastomotic instrument in resection of esophageal and gastric cardial carcinoma. Methods WH-Y series domestic disposable anastomotic stapler was applied in 125 patients with esophageal and gastric cardial carcinoma. Results No surgical death occurred. The incidence of anastomotic leakage was zero. The incidence of anastomotic stricture was 0.8%. The in-cidence of anastomotic hemorrhage was 1.6%. Conclusion Stapled anastomoses can reduce the incidence of anas-tomotic leakage. Good manipulation of the domestic disposable anastomotic instrument can reduce surgical complications.
