Comparison of apparatus method and microscopic method of blood immature granulosa cell count

Abstract：Objective To explore the value of blood cell analyzer for counting the absolute value and percentage of immature granulosa cell. Methods Blood cell analyzers were used to count absolute value and percentage of immature granulosa cell in 101 patiens. SYSMEX XE-2100 automatic blood cell analyzer was used in experimental group. Results The percentages of immature granulosa cell in two groups were not significantly different. The linear regression equations were Y = 1. 1798X + 0. 0413 and Y = 0. 855X + 0. 7990 respectively. Conclusion Blood cell analyzers for counting the absolute value and percentage of immature granulosa cell in intra-venous blood have a good application value.
