Pulmonary opportunistic infection with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical features of opportunistic pulmonary infection in AIDS. Methods The clinical data of twelve cases diagnosed of AIDS in our hospital were reviewed. Results The AIDS patients showed the high risk of pulmonary opportunistic infection, including pneumocystis carinii pneumonia, TB and fungal infection. Conclusion The incidence of pulmonary opportunistic infection in AIDS is increasing annually.
