Abstract:Objective To study the protective effect of glutsmic acid receptor antagonist MK801 on the cerebral ischemia injury in rats. Methods Focal cerebral iachemia model was set up via thread-occluding method to explore the protective effects of giutamic acid receptor antagonist MK801. Results Compared with model group, the score of neurological deficits of MK801 group decreasod(P<0.01) and the rate of cerebral infarction of MK801 group also decreased(P <0.05). Conclusions Glutamic Acid Receptor Antagonist MK801 can improve the score of neurological deficits of cerebral iachemia rats and reduce the rates of cerebral infarction rats and the level of cerebral ischemia injury.
