Clopidogre decreases lysophosphatidic in acute cerebral infarction

Abstract：Objective To observe the influence of Clopidogre on lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) in acute cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty-two cases of acute cerebral infarction were enrolled, including 30 cases of ther-apeutic group, 32 cases in control group. In the therapeutic group the patients had dehydration, neurotrophic agents and clopidogrel 75 mg/d. The concentration of LPA was measured and the degree of neurofunction defect was ana-lyzed before and 2 weeks after treament. Results The level of LPA and degree of neurofuntion defect decreased af-ter treatment in both groups (P>0.01 ) . There was significant difference in therapeutic group compared with con-trols(P<0.01 ). Conclusion Clopidogre decreases lysophosphatidic in acute cerebral infarction.
