Abstract:Objective We attempted to use liquid chromatography to analyze blood plasma concentration of lidocaine in cat, to explore the validation and precision of this method for pharmacological trial of lidocaine in cardiovascular system. Methods Liquid chromatography was used to analyze blood plasma concentration of lidocaine in cat. Results There was endogenous non - interference in cat blood plasma. The equation of linear regression is Y = ax + b, Y = peak area, X = concentration, a = 1. 0234e + 006, b = 4463.42 . The peak area of daily RSD was 16% ,1.48% and 0.65% ; the absolute coefficient of recovery was (84.25±3.54) %, (82.33 ± 3.87) % and (86.38 ± 1.75) % ; the method coefficient of recovery was (99.58 ± 5.43) %, (100.88 ± 4.65) % and (99.54±3.65)% respectively. Conclusion Liquid chromatography is a simple, stable and and efficient test which can be used in lidocaine's pharmacological trial.
