Study of clinical application of resonance liposuction with swelling anesthesia

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect and safety of resonance liposuction.Methods Resonance liposuction was applied with swelling anesthesia,and was compared with the method of traditional negative pressure liposuction.Effect and complications of the surgery were observed.Results In resonance liposuction group,volume of the sucked fat was 400 to 5500 ml,and the pure fat was(75.58±12.43)% of the total sucked tissue.Blood lost was 30 to 120 ml.Satisfaction rate was 95.19%.4.81% patients showed slight complications.For the traditional negative pressure liposuction group,volume of the sucked fat was 260 to 3800 ml,and the pure fat was(61.25±19.69)% of the total sucked tissue.Blood lost was 50 to 200 ml.Satisfaction rate was 85.58%.15.38% patients showed complications with different levels.Those observing targets between the two groups showed statistical difference(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05).Conclusion Resonance 1iposuction can effectively emulsify fat,reduce blood loss,and provide better safety and effect.
