Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effects of sodium-curve hemodialysis and UF-HD dialysis for treatment of sustained hemodialysis patients with refractory hypertension. Methods Thirty-one patients with refractory hypertension were randomly divided into two groups:sodium-curve hemodialysis group and UF-HD dialysis group. Results of pre-and post-treatment MAP,dBV%,Hct,Ang-Ⅱwere compared between the 2 groups. Results After three months.the post-treatment of MAP in sodium-curve hemodialysis group was significantly lower than that in UF-HD dialysis group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium-curve hemodialysis is a better therapy for sustained hemodialysis patients with refractory hypertension than UF-HD dialysis.
