Comparative study of MRA and TCD for diagnosis of Vertebrobasilar insufficiency

Abstract：Objective To explore the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance angiography(MRA)and transcanial doppler(TCD)in patients with vertibrobasilar insuffieiency(VBI).Methods MRA and TCD were performed in 40 patients with VBI.Results The nonnalitv rate of MRA and TCD was 92.5%and 62.5%respectively.Conclusion The combination use of MRA and TCD is helpful to diagnose VBI at early stage.
