Curative effect and adverse reaction of intravenous injection of amidarone in tachycardia arrhythmias

Abstract：Objective To observe the curative effect and adverse reaction of intravenous injection of amidalone iu treating Tachycardia Arrhythmias.Methods Twenty.four patients witll tachycardia arrhythmias were administrated with intravenous amiodarone for cardioversion.and the cardioversion rate,control effect of ventricular rate and the adverse reaction were observed.Results The effective rate of amidarone in treating arrhythmias was 66.7%,the cardioversion rate of arrhythmia was 91.7%,and ventricular rate was slowed down in all cases.The adverse reaction included hypotension(15 cases,cases＜90/60 mm Hg),phlebitis(4 cases),bradycardia(4 cases) and prolonged Q-T interval(cases),but no semus aftermath Was result in after appropriate treatment.Conclusion The application of intravenous injection of amidarone in treating Tachycardia Arrhythmias was safe,rapid and effec tive.And the safety of intravenous amiodarone could be ensured by appropriate prevention measure of adverse reaction.
