Experiment on autihemorrhagic effect of Shen Qi Zhi Xue Capsule

Abstract：Objective To observe the antihemorrhagic effect of Shen Qi Zhi Xue Capsule.Methods Randomized 50 female SD rats into the control group,Gong Xue Ning Capsule group,low,medium and high dosage of Shen Qi Zhi Xue Capsul group(low,medium and high desage group for short).Bleeding time(BT),clotting time(CT),prothrombin time(PT)and activating partial thromboplastin time(APTT)were tested and compared.Results Compared with the control group,Shen Qi Zhi Xue Capsule could effectivel reduce BT,CT,PT and APTT(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Compared with Gong Xue Ning Capsule group,medium dosage of Shen Qi Zhi Xue Capsule could obvionsly reduce BT and CT(P＜0.06).Conclusion Shen Qi Zhi Xue Capsule had an obvionsly antihemeorrhagic function.
