Effect of kwoninone on integrin αv expression and anoikis in activated hepatic stellate cells

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of Kwoninone on integrin αv Expression and anoikis in activated hepatic stellate cells.Methods HSC T6 was incubated and divided into control group and study group.Western Blotting and TUNUL were employed to estimate the Expression of integrin αv and apoptosis of HSC T6.Results When kwoninone was used,the expression of integrin αv significantly decreased in study group,compared with control group(P＜0.05),and the apoptosis index was higher after treatment with kwoninone.There was a significantly negative correlation between integrin αv and anoikis(r=-0.79).Conclusion Kwoninone can induce the apoptosis of HSCT6 by inhibiting expression of integrin αv.
