Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effects of continuous veno-venous hemofiltration(CVVH) on burn merging with intoxication enteroparalysis. Methods Twenty-seven patients were randomized into CVVH group (15 cases) and control group (12 cases). The CVVH group received routine therapy plus CVVH. The control group received routine therapy only. Indexes like kalmia, WBC, body-temperature and bowel sound were observed. Results After CVVH therapy, the CVVH group showed significant increase in the corresponding indexes, higher effective rate, and lower mortality rate. Condusion CVVH therapy effectively reduces proinflammatory mediators, improves water, electrolyte and acid-base balance, improves hypokalemia enteroparalysis. As a result, it increases the success rate of resuscitation.
