Analysis of muscle for dynamic reconstruction absorbable screw and unassimilable thread of tension band for the treatment of 21 patients with type Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation

Abstract：Objective To observe the efficacy of muscle for dynamic reconstruction,absorbable screw and unassimilable thread of tension band for the treatment of grade Ⅲ dislocation of acromioclavicular joint.Methods Twenty one patients were treated by muscle for dynamic reconstruction.absorbable screw and unassimilable thread of tension band.As the surgical approach.arc incision was above acromioclavicular joint and coracoid.Results All cases were followed up from 4 to 56 months,with an average of 19 months.The function of the shoulder joint ranged from 89 to 100 with an average 91,according to Constan and Munely score.Conclusion Muscle for dynamic reconstruction,absorbable screw and unassimilable thread of tension band for the treatment of grade Ⅲ dislocation of acromioclavicular joint provides good long-term effect for joint fixation and function.It is a good choice for treatment of grade Ⅲ dislocation of acromioclavicular joint.
