Prevention of pancreatic fistula after pancreatoduodenectomy with three different pancreaticojejunostomy procedure

Abstract：Objective To discuss the surgical experience of pancreatic and duodenal disease.Methods received surgery.Results Temporal gastric emptying ases with pancreatic and duodenal disease Thirty-three cobstruction occurred in 3 cases with pancreaticoduodenectomy(PPPD).1 case with partial gastrectomy SUffered from postoperative anastomotic efferent loop partial obstruction but was cured by conservative treatment.No case suffered from pancreatic fistula.Conclusion Child's procedure can reduce the pancreatic fistula after pancreatoduodenectomy.
