Abstract：In order to promote the high-quality development of water-saving industry in the new era,the definition and connotation of water-saving industry are discussed.In view of the current situation and problems of the water-saving industry,a high-quality development idea of water-saving industry is proposed which includes clarifying the industrial entities,leveraging the strengths of the government and the market,and matching well supply and demand.Through the three-step approach of"inquiring supply and demand relationship,serving supply and demand contact and smoothing supply and demand cycle",it proposes a high quality development path of water-saving industry in the new era,so as to provide reference and basis for the high-quality development of the water-saving industry.
