Research on intelligent management-oriented digital twin small hydropower project construction technology

Abstract：The high-quality development of water conservancy in the new stage puts forward higher requirements for the development of small hydropower.It is urgent to advance the intelligent management of small hydropower to accelerate its green transformation.This paper elucidates the current status and challenges of small hydropower in China,clarifies the demand for its intelligent management,and analyzes the essence and characteristics of digital twin small hydropower.Based on the reality of the industry,the paper proposes the basic framework and business application content of digital twin small hydropower systems in China,and analyzes the practical exploration cases conducted within the industry.Recommendations are made for the construction of industry standards,the improvement of safeguard mechanisms,the strengthening of technological support,and the promotion of pilot projects,aiming to accelerate the application and promotion of digital twin technology in the small hydropower sector.
