Abstract:To promptly identify and rectify issues such as illegal occupation, mining, stacking, and construction that could impact the landscape and functions of rivers, lakes, and reservoirs, this study explores the use of remote sensing monitoring techniques for regular surveillance.Leveraging the high temporal and spatial resolution of satellite remote sensing images,it provides data support for high-frequency monitoring of the"four illegal problems".Drawing from remote sensing monitoring practices in key rivers, lakes, and reservoirs in Jiangxi Province, this research constructs remote sensing interpretation markers, generates a database of suspected"four illegal problems",and employs unmanned aerial vehicles for on-site verification. The resulting monitoring outcomes undergo scientific analysis, fumishing a scientific basis and decision-making support for river and lake management as well as administrative law enforcement.
