Abstract：The National"River Strategy"is a brand new national strategy proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping.It marks the beginning of a new era in river protection and governance,providing important guidance for promoting the high-quality development of water conservancy in the new stage.To implement the National"River Strategy",we must deeply understand the strategic considerations behind it,accurately grasp its rich connotation and core essence,combine it with the actual situation of the water conservancy industry,and strengthen top-level design with the goal of enhancing water security safeguarding capability,so as to promote the high-quality development of water conservancy in the new stage.
