Abstract：Under the new situation,intelligent regulation is an important way to achieve accurate and precise water regulation,as well as to support high-quality development of Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project.This paper firstly systematically analyzes the changes in operation conditions since the inauguration of Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project.Then it proposes the key scientific and technological issues to be dealt with in the intelligent regulation of the project.Subsequently,it puts forward key research contents in future.On the basis of studying the balanced allocation method of multi-source and multi-user water resources in complex water transfer system,research and development of multi-scene water transfer intelligent control technology for the middle route project,accident intelligent warning and fine control technology system.Build a decision support platform,form a scientific decision-making management model for middle-line project scheduling,and provide a scientific application paradigm for intelligent scheduling management of major national water network projects.
