Practice research on professional management and protection models of small reservoirs in Shandong Province

Abstract：Professionalized management and maintenance of small reservoirs is a critical measure to ensure safety of small reservoirs.With continuous deepening of reform of management system,models of small reservoir management and maintenance are explored and implemented in various regions where have similarities and regional differences.Taking the construction model of small reservoir management in Shandong Province as an example,and based on the analysis of current situation,classification,and organizational structure of grassroots management models in Shandong Province,16 typical counties and districts were selected for analysis of practical results of management models.Adaptation conditions and construction of different management models were summarized.Suggestions are made for long-term operation of Professionalized management and maintenance model of small reservoirs from the aspects of boosting management and maintenance model,consolidating engineering foundations,cultivating management and maintenance enterprises,building a team of patrolling,and intelligent management and maintenance.
