Studies on evaluation index system and methodology for Happy Rivers and Lakes in Heilongjiang Province

Abstract：Based on the existing research results on Happy Rivers and Lakes,further studies were made on the evaluation index system of Happy Rivers and Lakes,in order to form a scientific,reasonable,comprehensive,and practical evaluation index system.Based on understanding and recognition of significance and mechanism of Happy Rivers and Lakes in the Heilongjiang Province,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was adopted to establish the framework of the Longjiang Happy River and Lake evaluation system,with a focus on the overall goal and six secondary targets.A total of 22 basic indicators were selected with six dimensions to define the critical standard values of the indicators.The weights of each indicator were determined by a combination of AHP and expert assignment method.The scores were calculated by the comprehensive evaluation method.Provincial rivers such as Songhua River,Nemur River,and Tongken River were selected for trial evaluation to test the rationality and applicability of the method.
