Abstract：The realization of the value of ecological products of soil and water conservation carbon sink is an important way to transform the concept of"Two Mountains"and is also a key aspect of achieving the"dual carbon"goals.Building upon the definition of the connotation of soil and water conservation carbon sink ecological products,a multi-level framework based on"subject-element-operation"is established to create a mechanism for realizing the value of soil and water conservation carbon sink ecological products through"multi-subject collaboration,multi-element input,and full-cycle operation."Furthermore,taking Longyan City of Fujian Province as a pilot demonstration,the pilot foundation and necessity are systematically reviewed,and relevant pilot strategies are proposed,aiming to provide certain decision-making references for Longyan and similar regions in their practical endeavors.
