Studies on spiritual connotation of Li Bing Culture in the new era and exploration of its inheritance value

Abstract：Li Bing presided over the construction of Dujiangyan in 256 BC,which was a typical symbol of scientific water governance in China.Li Bing Culture has been a part of excellent traditional culture of China.At present,there are various opinions on the connotation of Li Bing's Cultural spirit.The study suggests that the spiritual connotation of Li Bing Culture should be the governing philosophy,scientific thinking,excellent character and related national emotions formed and reflected by Li Bing,as the representative of the ancient water management pioneers and the general public in the construction,management,and development of Dujiangyan.It is also a reflection of the essential role,historical importance and unique value of the Dujiangyan.In accordance with the principles of objectivity,ease of acceptance and promotion,the spiritual connotation of Li Bing Culture is specifically described as"governing water and revitalizing the country,learning from nature,seeking truth and innovation,and promoting harmony between human and water".At the same time,based on national policies and the needs of economic and cultural development in the new era,suggestions are proposed for the inheritance and development of Li Bing Culture.
