Theoretical interpretation and practical path of Silk Road water culture

Abstract：Establishment of Silk Road water culture has great global significance,contemporary characteristics and practical value for promoting mutual learning and cooperation among countries and regions along the Silk Road.Based on review of the ancient routes of Silk Road and research results on water culture,analysis is made the connotation characteristics of concept definition,structural form,constituent elements,and relationship context of the Silk Road water culture,as well as its inherited carriers,basic features and significance.Taking the water culture establishment in Xinjiang as an example,the study places an emphasis on issues related to expression,infection,and dissemination of water culture.A practical path of Silk Road water culture that follows the ideological guidance with systematic planning and top-level design is proposed,so as to enhance cultural expression and infection,cultural dissemination and development vitality.
