Discussion on the pilot establishment of reclaimed water utilization allocation in Anhui Province

Abstract：Strengthening the utilization of reclaimed water is of great significance for optimizing regional water use structure and alleviating water resources crisis.Taking Anhui Province as a typical example,analyzes the reclaimed water utilization allocation and construction of pilot cities in Hefei City,Huaibei City and Linquan County of Anhui Province,focuses on the objectives and tasks of pilot construction,and summarizes the main methods for the establishment of reclaimed water utilization and allocation pilot cities in Anhui Province from the aspects of planning and layout,allocation and management,project construction,water transmission network,policies and systems.Five major systems for the utilization and allocation of recycled water are summarized,common problems existing in the water source,water utilization process and water guarantee during the establishment of pilot cities for the utilization and allocation of recycled water are deeply analyzed,and local conditions,implementation conditions and guarantee conditions for the utilization and allocation of urban recycled water are put forward.In order to provide reference for other regional reclaimed water utilization configuration.
