Abstract：This paper elaborates on the significance of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,outlines the publication status of water conservancy scientific and technological achievements,and the main ways of transforming water conservancy scientific and technological achievements.It focuses on the current situation,major problems,difficulties,and challenges faced by the transformation of water conservancy scientific and technological achievements under new circumstances.According to relevant laws and regulations on achievement transformation,the paper outlines the basic requirements,main processes,and key phases of scientific and technological achievement transformation.It provides suggestions to promote the transformation of water conservancy scientific and technological achievements,emphasizing improving the quality of output,aligning with market demand,enhancing support,and strengthening publicity.These recommendations aim to provide guidance for further enhancing water conservancy science and technology innovation capabilities and accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in water conservancy.
